Collaborative Performance Management

  • Community Waikato 33 Victoria Street Hamilton, Waikato, 3204 New Zealand (map)

Presented by Stefan Doll and Diversity Institute

Performance is important and needs to be talked about.  Everyone in an organisation contributes to achieving certain goals and everyone needs to be clear on what they do, why they do it, and how they work with others to achieve those goals.

It really matters HOW we have those conversations.

The Collaborative Performance Discussion is a new way for Managers and their teams to focus on what matters: collaboratively achieving the goals while maintaining a trusting relationship. Collaborative performance discussions are quick, on-time, non-judgemental, motivational, two-way coaching conversations. They are a highly effective way to deliver results, strengthen relationships, and build shared accountability.

Key outcomes

  • Increased focus on achieving goals, standards & expectations

  • Increased ownership & accountability and motivation for action

  • Trusting relationships and increased transparency

Community: $ 110

Non-Community $220
