This seminar will look at the implications of 2022 Act and three things existing incorporated societies need to know

1. re-register under the new Act;

2. wind up and distribute their assets, in accordance with existing rules, on or before 5 April 2026;

3. to form a Charitable Trust, transfer assets and then wind up the Incorporated Society entity.
