COVID-19 has clobbered us in many different ways. It has changed the way we see the world and how we go about our life and work. It has changed our thinking – giving us new perspectives on what is really important issues for our whaanau and community. It’s given us new skills needed for the changed world order we now find ourselves in. And it has changed how we see leadership. We now look for character strengths and ethical behaviour in our leaders – be they for our country, city, workplace, community or family. The leadership we now seek is based upon relationships, trust and transparency – across all levels of responsibility.

Thus, this Leadership Learning Programme provides the opportunity for learning about this form of leadership; one based on a social-relational reality being the essential element needed to create workplaces where people feel they belong and where they can do their best. The programme is holistic and includes being able to develop a deep understanding of culture, leadership, self-knowledge, and lifting engagement.
