Resolving Differences Foundation Workshop

Participants have 1-2 weeks prior to complete the e-learning (45min), followed by 2 hours zoom workshop

When two or more people come together, they potentially have differences and conflicts. We often don’t even know why we feel good or bad about something or someone. People with different personalities, goals and needs can learn how to work out their differences in constructive ways. Consequently, they will be less stressed, frustrated and distracted from what really matters to them.

The Diversity Institute has developed a solution: The Resolving Differences Model©. Anyone can learn the 4 steps to prevent and resolve conflict and turn conflict into positive relationships. The Resolving Differences Model© is based on leading psychological research combined with practical experience and observation of real people in real life work settings.

Key learning outcomes

  • Learn how to prevent conflict by applying the Resolving Differences Model(c).

  • Gain a new perspective by developing your opportunity mindset.

  • Learn how talking about emotions can open doors to true conflict resolution.

Prepare for true break-through conversations.

Participants complete the e-learning and worksheets (45min) in the week leading up to the online the workshop.

By completing this online workshop, you qualify to participate in the Resolving Differences Mastery workshop (face to face).
